My journey began with a premature birth, 11 weeks too soon. This early start set the stage for a life filled with health challenges that tested my resilience. Throughout my childhood, I faced frequent hospital visits due to breathing issues, leading to challenges in school and experiences with bullying.

About Me

Despite numerous scans and tests, the root of my health issues remained elusive until my mid-teens when my chest condition showed some improvement. I worked in various roles, dealing with the impact of my health condition, and became a father, which brought both love and challenges.

My health deteriorated in 2017, but a supportive GP and referrals to specialist hospitals marked a turning point in my journey. In 2021, I was diagnosed with Tracheobronchomalacia, a condition complicating my breathing. I faced severe health setbacks, including a bout of COVID-19 and subsequent surgeries.

Throughout my life, my health challenges made it difficult to form meaningful friendships and led to the end of my psychology studies. In 2022, I discovered a passion for positive thinking and decided to become a life coach, achieving certification in August 2023.

My mission as a life coach is to guide and inspire those who have faced health challenges and adversity on their path to wellness, resilience, and personal growth. My life's narrative is one of endurance, adaptation, and personal transformation, a testament to the human spirit's capacity to overcome adversity and find purpose.

In conclusion, I would advise anyone who is struggling with similar challenges to focus on self-development. Whether that’s reading books or watching inspirational videos, attending workshops or seminars, finding a mentor or coach, or joining a supportive community or group, there are many ways to start developing a more positive and growth-oriented mindset. I realise all of this might seem impossible to begin with. Especially if your health is bad currently, but it is also very important to make sure you have a great support system around you. Remember to be patient and compassionate with yourself as you work on changing your mindset, and celebrate your successes along the way. With dedication and persistence, you can achieve amazing things and create a life that truly inspires and fulfils you.
